About the Role

As a Senior Client Engagement Manager within our Government division, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the implementation journey, ensuring effective solution delivery, and addressing any challenges that may arise. Your responsibilities will include managing project engagements with both external clients and internal teams to guarantee successful implementations of Workday products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple Workday product implementations concurrently
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
  • Engage in the sales process to gather requirements and formulate proposals
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Identify and resolve project-related challenges
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to secure project success
  • Present at critical project meetings
  • Ensure clients leverage Workday best practices
  • Identify opportunities for additional service offerings
  • Assist in transitioning clients to product support

Expected Outcomes within 12 Months:

  • Become proficient in Workday's Implementation Methodology
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Workday product suite
  • Take full ownership of project profit and loss

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations, ideally within the Government sector
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Familiarity with ERP applications such as Workday, Oracle, SAP
  • Understanding of financial business processes

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience managing third-party vendors
  • Background in the Public Sector
  • Business development capabilities
  • Willingness to travel
