As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will deliver outstanding client service while engaging in sales and service activities at branch locations. Responsibilities include opening accounts, assisting with Banker transactions, cross-selling Bank products and services, processing loan applications, maintaining client profiles, and addressing inquiries regarding client accounts. You will also present customized solutions that align with clients' specific financial needs or refer them to other business lines as necessary.
  • Client Relationship Consultant Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relationship management or a similar role required
  • NMLS registration or the ability to obtain it is necessary
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Capability to assess client needs and provide suitable recommendations based on financial data
  • Strong communication and advisory skills
