About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager specializing in Identity Solutions with a robust history of demonstrating exceptional skills and ambition in the realm of Enterprise Identity. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to contribute to a leading organization that is pioneering advancements in identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy for identity that aligns with business objectives.
- Create and sustain scalable processes to effectively execute the identity product strategy within a large enterprise framework.
- Provide insightful guidance to stakeholders interested in identity services and the broader identity market.
- Draft high-level product requirements to ensure precise execution of product initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and engage with internal stakeholders to address inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee all facets of existing products, including gathering customer feedback, identifying needs, and resolving challenges.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities, engaging effectively with executives and individuals at all organizational levels.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or product management within the security or technology sectors.
- At least 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Familiarity with identity tools such as Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, AzureAD, among others.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding and proven experience with Zero Trust principles and their application in enhancing security across all identity facets.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with collaboration tools and platforms such as Atlassian and Google Workspace.
- In-depth knowledge of security and identity methodologies and their implications for enterprise organizations.
- Ability to navigate and mitigate risks effectively within a global organizational context.
