About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in retail leadership or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
