Responsibilities

As a Crew Chief, you will:

  • Work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience
  • Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency
  • Develop teammates through our internal training program and provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction
  • Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently
  • Perform opening and closing duties, assist with budgeting and sales forecasts, and manage inventory and product orders
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
  • Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives to increase sales and service results
