Position Summary

SSS Services Inc, a long-standing partner of T-Mobile, is seeking driven and enthusiastic Retail Sales Specialists and Mobile Professionals. Candidates with prior experience may be considered for the role of Senior Mobile Professional.

In the roles of Retail Sales Specialists and Mobile Professionals, individuals will be tasked with delivering exceptional retail experiences to current T-Mobile clients while striving to meet Monthly Sales and Revenue Goals. This includes converting non-T-Mobile users into customers and upselling to our existing clientele.

This position is based in a retail store environment and does not involve door-to-door sales. However, a willingness to engage with nearby small businesses can enhance goal achievement. Consistent high performance and the right skill set can lead to opportunities for advancement to Retail Associate Manager within a 6-9 month timeframe.

Successful candidates will undergo a fully compensated two-week training program to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing coaching from Retail Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers, staying updated on current promotions, and completing on-the-job training within 72 hours of access to the training portal.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to drive revenue through exceptional service during each customer interaction.
  • Support store leadership in ensuring compliance with store standards, including cleanliness and visual merchandising according to established guidelines.
