Sales and Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
The Sales and Marketing Representative will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for HOTWORX. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with existing members, and promoting the HOTWORX brand and services in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed membership sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of member satisfaction
- Participate in local events and promotions to promote the HOTWORX brand and services
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in a related industry
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with performance-based commissions and bonuses
