At 7 Hills Learning LLC, we are seeking an exceptional Child Development Specialist to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Description

As a Child Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development in young children. Your primary duties will include:

  • Classroom Setup: Design and maintain a warm, engaging space that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Use our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum to develop lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
  • Parent Communication: Regularly update parents on their child's progress through mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.

Our ideal candidate possesses at least 6 months of professional teaching experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
