About the Position: In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives. You will communicate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements, developing and presenting tailored sales proposals to potential clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  3. Make follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert prospects into sales.
  4. Coordinate with vendors to secure services required for events.
  5. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking all opportunities and interactions.
  6. Assist in event planning and logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
  7. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  9. Actively participate in marketing initiatives to promote event offerings.
  10. Attend networking events to build relationships and grow the client base.
  11. Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
  13. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  14. Maintain client relationships post-event for future opportunities.
  15. Work as part of a team to achieve collective sales goals.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
