We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Sales Director to oversee sales activities for 4 select service hotels within a designated area. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with General Managers to drive revenue and achieve sales targets through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

Design and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the 4 select service hotels. This involves conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities and target market segments.

Build Strong Relationships

Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders in the hospitality industry. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotels and stay up-to-date on market trends.

Collaborate with General Managers

Work collaboratively with General Managers to create attractive packages, promotions, and pricing strategies that align with market demand. Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.

Train and Motivate Sales Teams

Train and motivate sales team members at each hotel location to achieve their individual goals and contribute to the overall success of the hotels.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales or related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within designated area
