Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our team in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience in hydrovac, construction, ground protection, equipment rentals, dumpster and waste removal, utilities, or environmental services industry, as well as knowledge of selling services and specialty industrial equipment to contractors, engineers, and government/municipalities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strategic growth plan for a defined geographic territory, providing exceptional customer experience during the sales cycle, and tactfully managing client relationships. They will also work closely with the Director of Sales to grow the Pro-Vac brand by generating new accounts through marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques.

A competitive salary of $90,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, is offered, along with a commission bonus based on collected revenue, excellent benefits, and a flexible work schedule.
