About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Programs to lead our programmatic efforts throughout the region. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide strategic vision and leadership for our programmatic initiatives, including community grants and scholarship programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for our programmatic efforts, ensuring alignment with our organizational mission and goals
- Oversee community grants and scholarship programs, including coordination and management of review processes
- Collaborate with staff, board members, and stakeholders to develop and implement programmatic changes and new initiatives
- Maintain a visible community profile through committee work, professional development, and community engagement
- Convene and participate in meetings and efforts with community partners and grantees, in collaboration with regional officers

Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, design, and implementation
- Demonstrated commitment to Pride Foundation's mission and racial justice principles
- Experience with philanthropy and grantmaking practices, with a focus on intersectional justice
- Exceptional strategic thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a passion for building relationships and providing quality stewardship

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$89,000, depending on experience, as well as excellent employer-paid benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability insurance, and retirement account contributions.
