Strategic Program Director

Pride Foundation seeks an experienced professional to lead its programmatic work, bringing a strong background in program design and implementation, as well as a deep understanding of philanthropy and grantmaking. This individual will be responsible for managing and implementing community grants, scholarships, and other key initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, design, and implementation. They should possess exceptional strategic thinking and creative skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate all programmatic activities, policies, and practices related to scholarships and grantmaking.
  • Lead the development of strategies for special initiatives, convenings, and technical assistance opportunities across the region.
  • Develop, manage, and implement new initiatives to increase organizational impact for communities across the region.
  • Participate in scholarship and grant proposal reviews.

**Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, design, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Pride Foundation's mission and racial justice.
  • Experience with and robust understanding of philanthropy and grantmaking practices.

**Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000-$89,000 based on experience.
