**Job Title:** Lead Cybersecurity Program Manager

**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

**Job Description:** As a Technical Program Manager at MSCCN, you will be responsible for leading strategic information security projects from inception to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, develop project plans, and drive project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-year project plans to drive business objectives
  • Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate security risks across multiple teams and locations
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
  • Maintain effective communication with senior leaders, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Demonstrate discretion with sensitive information and handle business escalations with a data-driven approach

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on creative thinking
