Manage incoming phone inquiries and direct them courteously and professionally.

Assist and guide walk-in clients with a polite and professional demeanor.

Stay informed about the correct procedures for billing agronomy products and services.

Maintain accurate records for all sales, invoice tickets, receipts, and transfers within the branch.

Ensure a complete and precise inventory of all agronomy products.

Oversee and monitor agronomy supply agreements.

Keep updated agronomy pricing lists.

Maintain a comprehensive file for customer records related to sales and purchases.

Possess a solid understanding of agronomy software and assist with the input, modification, and tracking of work orders.

Ensure compliance with ODA recordkeeping and reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of oneself, colleagues, and customers.

Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Excellent Communication Skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Outstanding Organizational and Time Management Skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Previous experience in agronomy is advantageous.

WORK AUTHORIZATION
