- 2-8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on equipment reliability and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of automated equipment electrical hardware/software design, machine safety controls, and PLC programming.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
