Job Title: Pricing Strategy Manager

KPMG is seeking a Pricing Strategy Manager to join our Growth and Strategy organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and overseeing alternative fee arrangement programs to transition the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop alternative fee arrangement programs to transition the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies.
  • Manage the creation and implementation of pricing value-based and offer configuration programs, including content creation, value benefit analytics, and conversion efforts.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and team leadership to ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop price measurements across all KPMG functions, utilizing external market research and collaboration with other departments.
  • Drive ongoing pricing process improvement initiatives at scale, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhanced pricing processes to align with firm growth objectives and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master of Business Administration or relevant Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated leadership career path acceleration.
  • Proficiency in at least two or more of the following consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement, or other relevant pricing experience.
  • Proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed, with demonstrated experience in team development and leadership; ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
  • Experience with pricing strategy and program implementations; strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; with working knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
