Job Title: Trade and Pricing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Trade and Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective trade and pricing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize trade promotions and analyze their impact on sales and profitability.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics D365 to manage and track pricing data, trade spend, and other key performance indicators.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pricing model to ensure our products are competitively priced in the market.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for new product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market changes, cost fluctuations, and other external factors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade and pricing management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics D365, and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) is required.
  • Proven experience in sales and developing pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
