As part of our mission, we are looking for a **Manufacturing Supervisor** to lead our talented teams in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

**Position Overview**
The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee skilled Mechanical Assemblers and Welders, providing essential leadership to ensure our manufacturing operations meet critical objectives related to safety, quality, cost, and timely delivery. This role is vital in fostering effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
  • Supervise and coordinate the manufacturing, assembly, and refurbishment of gearboxes and associated products, aligning with priorities set by the Operations Manager.
  • Plan and oversee employee skill utilization, labor hours, materials, and workflow to guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Organize and delegate tasks, offering guidance to employees to achieve manufacturing goals. Establish efficient work hours and schedule overtime as necessary.
  • Identify manufacturing challenges and implement corrective measures. Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives utilizing LEAN methodologies.
  • Collaborate with functional area managers and supervisors (Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, Accounting, etc.) to fulfill delivery schedules and customer expectations.
  • Provide necessary training to all manufacturing personnel in line with skill requirements for each role. Monitor training compliance across teams.
  • Ensure adherence to all manufacturing, quality, and safety regulations while providing constructive feedback on job performance.
  • Promote the proper use of safety equipment and continuously assess work areas for hazardous conditions and unsafe practices.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned work areas.
  • Participate in the evaluation and justification of new equipment, assisting in cost analysis and benefits assessment as needed.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in mechanical power transmissions or rotating equipment.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Must be able to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. LEAN experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 standards is required.
**Compensation**: Competitive pay range of $87K - $101K. All qualified applicants will be evaluated based on their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences, and other employment standards.
