Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the Genesis Project, a strategic initiative aimed at driving business transformation and growth. As a Strategic Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful implementation of the Genesis Project, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the company's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of problem-solving, change management, and functional transformation, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in an executive management role, ideally with project management and/or large-scale business transformation. The successful candidate will also have a strong background in people management, with a minimum of 10 years' experience.

The Genesis Project requires a collaborative and results-oriented leader who can foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, promoting a culture that values learning and a commitment to quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices to drive successful outcomes, collaborating with senior leadership to align project goals with organizational objectives and strategy.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and mentoring the Project Genesis team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring that resources are being allocated effectively, and that risks are identified and mitigated. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to measure project success and implementing continuous improvement processes.
