At Jefferies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President. This role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and identifying client monetization opportunities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Client strategy or Business Management at a bank within Equities Global Markets. They will also have advanced analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in optimizing and standardizing processes, resources allocation, and client segmentation. Additionally, they will have a proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Business management and corporate functions to remediate Sales and Client issues, setting and managing technology priorities for development of CRM solutions for the Equities business, and collaborating with Sales, SRM, Trading, Research, and Corporate functions. They will also be responsible for managing and supporting data-driven assignments such as votes management, pitchbook preparations, contacts cleanup, and other ad-hoc analytics impacting client/business performance.
