**Key Responsibilities**

• **Sales:** Implement sales-generating strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

• **Service:** Foster a customer-centric environment that exceeds customer expectations and builds loyalty.

• **Merchandise:** Ensure merchandise standards and product presentations are of the highest quality, creating an engaging shopping experience.

**Requirements**

• 2-3 years of progressively responsible retail experience, with at least 1 year of supervision experience.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and mentor associates.

• Ability to analyze financial information, make decisions, and problem-solve.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.

• Must be 21 years of age.
