We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Assistant Store Manager to play a key role in the success of our store. As a leader, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

With a passion for coaching and developing others, you will lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve their full potential. Your experience in fast-paced retail environments and proven supervisory skills will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory and cash reconciliation
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to drive business results
  • Develop and implement coaching and mentoring programs to enhance team performance
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
  • Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
