Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Francesca's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee development
  • Collaborate with the Boutique Team Leader to achieve business objectives and drive store performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to create a visually appealing store environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
