Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Spring Footwear Corp. in Fort Worth, TX.
Job Summary:The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, driving sales results, and leading the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing store assets, ensuring proper merchandising, and maintaining a positive and productive store culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and customer service excellence
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and performance goals
- Recruit, train, and develop store associates to ensure a high-performing team
- Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- 1 year of prior retail experience
- Proven track record of sales and service execution
- Knowledge of the footwear or fashion industry and retail sector is a plus
- Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift 40 pounds, and climb an 8-foot ladder
