Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of management/3rd key experience
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Computer literate and able to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and common office machines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Cash handling experience required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Location-Specific Compensation Information:

Entry-level base pay rate: $13.00

Maximum base pay rate: $17.00

Commission Plan Information:

The employee commission/store bonus incentive plan is proprietary to FirstCash. An employee has the potential to earn 2-8% based on gross profit of personal performance. Active employees have six possible metrics by which commissions can be earned. Additionally, employees have the potential to achieve commission payout multipliers of up to four times based on five specific store metrics. Assistant Store Managers can receive an additional bonus based on overall store performance.
