About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the launch of a new restaurant operation within our distillery in San Francisco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the restaurant's food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Lead a team of FOH employees, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Oversee cost control of the beverage bar program and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement changes and initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal workplace laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience and 2 years of management experience.
  • Passion for hospitality and excellence in service.
  • Responsible beverage service and ServSafe certification.
  • Good communication and collaborative attitude.
  • Understanding of restaurant financials.
