We are seeking a skilled Culinary Concessions Supervisor to join our team at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida.

The estimated salary for this role is $23.80 per hour, which is competitive for the industry and location.

About the Job

This role involves direct supervision of food-service associates, ensuring they follow policies, procedures, and applicable laws. The successful candidate will train employees, plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline associates, address complaints, and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

  1. Train and Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to food-service associates to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  2. Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely and according to established procedures.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Maximize productivity and minimize waste by advising management on purchasing requirements and using approved recipes and production standards.
  4. Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to HACCP guidelines and operating food-service equipment correctly.
