About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at R Squared Solutions. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing in-store merchandising support to our Retailer partners, helping them to meet the needs of their customers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory.
  • Work closely with Retailers to understand their sales goals and develop strategies to meet those goals.
  • Use your communication and relationship-building skills to build strong relationships with Retailers and their teams.
  • Perform physical work, including moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
