Job Overview
Collabera is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning, as well as IT experience and knowledge of change, incident, and problem management policies. You will also have strong skills in data automation and visualization, data mining, and business acumen. Additionally, you should be proficient in PowerBI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of incidents
• Develop and implement incident management processes and procedures
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
