Actimize Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Actimize Support Specialist to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and expertise in resolving complex issues related to Actimize applications.
Key Responsibilities- Incident Management: Receive, acknowledge, and resolve incident tickets in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and raise problem tickets for critical or repetitive incidents, working closely with the development team to implement permanent fixes.
- Code Changes: Perform code changes as required to restore services, maintaining the highest level of quality and adhering to industry standards.
- Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor application health status, log files, and dashboards to identify potential issues proactively, analyzing business inquiries about application functionality and technology processes.
- Batch Processing: Support the batch processing cycle, resolving any abends that may occur, and ensuring seamless operation.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Actimize support, with a strong background in SAM, CDD, and WLF/IFM solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of Actimize RCM/ActOne and experience with incident management and problem management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
This role is based in Charlotte, NC, USA, and offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
