Job Description

At Mindlance, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires expertise in information security engineering initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Initiative Participation

The ideal candidate will participate in moderately complex Information Security Engineering initiatives and deliverables. They will consult on or participate in projects within the Information Security Engineering department.

Challenge Analysis

Our Cybersecurity Specialist will review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Engineering challenges, providing expert guidance and recommendations to ensure effective solutions.

Issue Resolution

In this role, you will contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues, collaborating with client personnel to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience Requirements

We require at least 4 years of experience in Information Security Engineering, as well as expertise in data loss prevention (DLP) and security defense layers (Endpoint, Proxy, Infrastructure).

Security Knowledge

A strong understanding of security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Data Loss Prevention Techniques

You will assess, design, implement, and oversee data loss prevention techniques to protect our clients' sensitive information.

Incident Investigation

In the event of a security incident, you will lead or participate in technical investigations and post-incident digital forensics to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.

Security Consulting

This role involves providing security consulting services to internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information security policy and standards.

Security Requirements

You will design, document, and oversee a minimum viable baseline of security requirements and controls to safeguard our clients' assets.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
