Key Responsibilities:
  • Customized Solutions: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, including mobile and fixed-line offerings, to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Sales Pitch: Craft compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are satisfied and committed to our products and services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance to ensure long-term loyalty and advocacy.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop sales strategies, and drive collective success.
  • Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, demonstrating a strong commitment to personal and team performance.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices, ensuring a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Door-to-Door Sales Experience: Minimum of one year.
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills: Essential.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Strong ability to work independently and motivate oneself.
  • Computer and Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems, POS systems, and other relevant software applications.
  • Reliable Personal Vehicle: Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to Work Full-Time: Required.
