About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Premium Retail Services. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet or exceed established KPIs
  • Develop and execute recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent
  • Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates
  • Represent the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
  • Management experience preferred
  • Wireless or related experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, required
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills
