Account Executive - Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new season memberships, partial plans, group tickets, luxury suites, and loge boxes to customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone calls, prospecting, sales tables, seat visits, networking events, and out-of-office appointments
  • Conduct in-arena appointments and tours of Little Caesars Arena to generate new business and develop new relationships
  • Upsell single-game ticket customers into packages, groups, and suite rentals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects in our CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games
  • Develop and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, and programs to produce new business opportunities
  • Attend weekly meetings and training sessions to develop your career as a sales professional

Requirements:

  • Ability to begin employment in January 2025 or June 2025
  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Highly proactive and a desire to excel in sales
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Consistent attendance and timely arrival daily and on all game nights
