Key Responsibilities- Outreach and Engagement: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with community members, promote our services, and provide education on substance abuse prevention and treatment.
- Client Support: Provide support and guidance to clients in their recovery journey, including health coaching, recovery support, and transportation to medical appointments.
- Community Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions, outreach efforts, and program outcomes.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Certification: Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) certification required; provisional certification accepted with full certification within one year.
- Experience: Relevant life experience and knowledge of substance abuse treatment and recovery services required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
