Job Title: Atlantic Contracting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Atlantic Contracting Specialist to join our team at Irex Services.

Job Summary:

The Atlantic Contracting Specialist will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe deliveries to construction job sites, as well as pickups and returns of vendor-supplied materials. This role will also involve the organization of the warehouse, inventory control, and tracking and maintenance of all necessary tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver materials to construction job sites in a timely and safe manner.
  • Pick up and return vendor-supplied materials as directed.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse, including inventory control and tracking of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain safety supplies and equipment inventory.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Basic understanding of lean manufacturing processes in a warehouse setting.
  • Knowledge of inventory management.
  • Ability to learn quickly and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and have mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organization skills.
  • Have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be age 21 or older, have reliable transportation, and a minimum of 1 year of driver experience.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds.
