SCA Quality Assurance Auditor I

Location: This is a remote position. Ideal candidates should reside within proximity to various Elevance Health office locations.

Compensation: The salary for this role is determined by location and is non-negotiable.

About Elevance Health: As a key member of the Elevance Health family, National Government Services (NGS) is dedicated to managing government contracts for Medicare and collaborating with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to enhance federal health programs.

Role Overview: The SCA Quality Assurance Auditor I plays a crucial role in assessing and verifying the precision of transactions in alignment with regulatory standards and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and report transaction discrepancies promptly to facilitate swift resolutions.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge across various domains while performing basic functions under general supervision.
  • Conduct prepayment evaluations of transaction accuracy by reviewing policies, procedures, and manual entries according to established guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze audit outcomes, providing constructive feedback to management.
  • Compile monthly audit reports, assist clients with identified issues, and create reports to support management requests.
  • Generate additional reports as needed for both internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; 9 months to 1 year of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background.
  • This position requires applicants to have resided in the United States for at least three of the past five years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Medicare Part B Provider Enrollment is highly desirable.
