Role Overview: The SCA Quality Assurance Auditor I is tasked with reviewing and assessing the precision of transactions in alignment with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and report transaction discrepancies promptly to facilitate swift resolution.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge across various domains, performing basic functions under general supervision.
  • Review and assess the accuracy of transactions on a prepayment basis by examining policies, procedures, and manual entries in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze audit outcomes, providing insights to management.
  • Compile monthly reports detailing audit findings, assist clients with identified issues, and prepare reports for management's informational needs.
  • Generate additional reports as requested by internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; 9 months to 1 year of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background.
  • This position is part of our NGS division, which requires foreign national applicants to meet the residency requirement of having lived in the United States for at least three of the past five years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Appeals is highly desirable.
