Front Desk Supervisor Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to join our team at Vensure Employer Services. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the front office team to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and other front office tasks.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in front office management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Proven leadership and multitasking abilities.
- PMS knowledge (Room Master) is a plus.
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish is required.
