Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to join our team at Vensure Employer Services. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the front office team to achieve exceptional results.
  2. Develop and implement efficient procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
  3. Manage reservations, room assignments, and other front office tasks.
  4. Foster strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in front office management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Proven leadership and multitasking abilities.
  • PMS knowledge (Room Master) is a plus.
  • Bilingualism in English and Spanish is required.
