Job Title: Business Development Executive

Vitalief is a leading Healthcare consulting company, focused on empowering Research and transforming Clinical Trials. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our exceptional team to support our mission and our clients' mission to impact and save lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account planning and business development strategies to drive new business and expand our solutions footprint.
  • Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline to ensure revenue and profit goals are achieved.
  • Represent Vitalief at relevant industry and networking events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and provide optimal client solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of business development experience selling staffing and/or management consulting professional services within the healthcare and/or clinical research industry.
  • Experience working for a CRO selling FSP (Functional Service Provider) services is a big plus.
  • Executive presence with strong leadership skills, and ability to establish partnerships with clients at all levels.
