About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Ace Hardware Home Services. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market share in the Philadelphia area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store associates, team members, and external partners
  • Represent Ace Hardware Home Services at community events, trade shows, and other local events to promote our services
  • Network with other service businesses to identify partnership opportunities and exchange leads
  • Manage a weekly prospect pipeline with measurable results
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of business development experience
  • Proven track record of success in closing deals and generating revenue through outside sales efforts
  • Basic knowledge of the construction and home improvement industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
