Job Summary:
The Account Associate will play a critical role in driving business growth and development within the Lilly Pulitzer Wholesale Channel. This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development:
- Develop and implement annual and seasonal sales targets for each account
- Review and discuss account performance with account owners/managers
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales goals
- Operational Support:
- Manage return authorizations, swaps, and tracking information for Specialty Stores
- Support the implementation of a comprehensive solution focused on achieving standards for visual merchandise presentation, customer relationships, and profitable inventory management
- Customer Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with account owners/managers
- Provide direction and support to account teams on sales planning, growth strategies, and operational best practices
- Market Support:
- Support key Specialty accounts on a regular basis
- Partner with the total Signature and Specialty team to support quarterly On Sale events
- Wholesale Operations:
- Manage B2B order management tool for the Wholesale channel
- Support Specialty Store operations, including managing return authorizations, swaps, and tracking information
- Education:
- Four-year college degree, preferably in business or a related field
- Experience:
- 2+ years of selling/buying or Wholesale operational experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
- Prior experience working with Specialty Accounts or within the Hospitality or Sports Industry is a plus
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
