About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development Operations to join our team at Recovery Centers of America. This is a full-time salary position that requires work during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, with some nights and weekends being required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic and business objectives for the business development team through data analysis, Salesforce platform automation, and setting and monitoring KPIs to evaluate individual and team performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing Automation, the Salesforce administration team, and the Regional Business Development Managers to develop and execute high-level strategic initiatives and daily requirements and functions of the sales representatives.
  • Develop and maintain marketing and sales enablement automation platforms and assets, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketo.
  • Map the business development cycle, incorporating a Salesforce consultative selling model, and refine the Salesforce account structure to serve measurement and reporting needs.
  • Customer account segmentation and prioritization, lead integration and clean-up of other data sources, lead management to ensure rep follow-up, and manage data integrity, account hygiene, and ongoing pipeline.
  • Territory planning and sales coverage, including rep planning, goal setting, and KPIs, developing 80/20 plans, and long tail plans.
  • Sales data analysis and reporting, including developing and maintaining performance reports and dashboards, training users on how to utilize the data available, leveraging data and market intelligence to assist in development of new sales processes, product development, and training.
  • Marketing automation campaigns, including expertise on understanding how to leverage email and SMS templates for set-up and launch for B2B and B2C customer nurturing initiatives, building proper QA flow for email and SMS campaigns pre-launch, and reporting on marketing automation performance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales operations experience, preferably in the addiction treatment field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and analyzing Salesforce data sets.
  • Bonus is experience in analyzing claims data.
  • Clear understanding of CRM workflows and ability to recommend improvements to improve data integrity and processes.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Strong project management skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills are a plus.
