Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring that all store functions operate smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to formulate and execute the store's strategic business plan, alongside all company initiatives and programs.
2. Oversee operational processes to manage expenses while enhancing business performance.
3. Direct all store operational activities, including inventory management, purchasing, customer order processing, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.
4. Support and implement all sales strategies and initiatives to drive retail performance.
5. Assist in the recruitment and training of Store Associates, and take on supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.


Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of retail experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Capability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and solve problems resourcefully.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the business needs.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.


Compensation:
Competitive pay range of $16.00-$18.50 per hour.
