Job Summary

Speedie Recovery Inc, a leading repo company in South Florida, seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of account management, including assignment of vehicles for repossession.
  • Process certified mail letters and update account status after vehicle repossession.
  • Record recovery efforts and maintain accurate account records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls and respond to inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong understanding of auto repossession procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize items effectively.
  • 1-3 years experience in the auto business or repossession field is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $12 per hour + benefits package.
  • Flexible working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
