Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Event Manager to join our team at Entertainment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales processes by scheduling appointments, making presentations, and conducting site tours to understand client needs.
  • Closing sales by building rapport with clients, explaining product and service capabilities, and executing detailed contracts.
  • Participate in business development meetings, effectively communicating client needs with department heads.
  • Attend events to ensure quality of products and services is delivered.
  • Closing clients out with a courtesy call to ensure needs were met throughout the event.
  • Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and feedback from accounts.
  • Attend industry events, generate new business, and relationships through active networking.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate and current database of contacts for mailings and promotions.
  • Keep management aware of market trends and opportunities.
  • Suggest sales programs to build client base and increase frequency of booked events.
  • Work towards set goals to ensure continued profitability.
  • Coordinate sales efforts in conjunction with direction from the Director of Sales.
  • Work cooperatively with others, be a self-starter, and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning.
  • Ability to communicate with guests and deliver instructions.
