Job Overview

Door Pro America, a leading provider of high-quality residential garage doors, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and effectively.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and other software applications.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
