Position Overview

Finger Lakes Dental Care is seeking a dedicated full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to enhance our Pediatric & Orthodontic practice. We pride ourselves on our growth and are in search of a compassionate, detail-oriented, and organized individual to fulfill this vital role.

Compensation Structure: The Treatment Coordinator will earn a $50 bonus for each accepted orthodontic treatment case, with payments issued monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with patients to discuss their treatment plans and financial options.
  • Facilitate the acceptance of treatment plans presented by our orthodontic professionals.
  • Collect necessary fees from patients and provide estimates for recommended treatments.

Our ideal candidate will possess experience in dental procedures, familiarity with dental insurance, and a strong background in treatment planning. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential, along with a friendly, compassionate demeanor and a thorough, organized approach.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Every other Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The expectation is to remain until all patients have been seen and end-of-day tasks are completed. Additional training may be required after hours on designated days.
