Compensation Structure: The Treatment Specialist will earn a bonus of $50 for each accepted orthodontic treatment case, with payments made monthly.

  • Collect all necessary fees from patients and provide accurate estimates for proposed treatments.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential, along with a friendly, compassionate demeanor and strong organizational abilities.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Every other Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

It is expected that you will remain until all patients have been attended to and end-of-day tasks are completed. Additional training may require extended hours on certain days.

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
